Each swatch is carefully cut from the same fabrics used in our products, so what you see and feel is exactly what you’ll receive. This ensures confidence in your choice — no surprises, just clarity.

🚛 Delivery Timeline -

Most orders are delivered within 2 working days. Custom-made or made-to-measure sofas may take longer – our team will confirm your exact lead time during your enquiry.

💷 Delivery Charges -

• £80 flat rate across the UK
• £130 for postcodes above SA30 or SY10
• No delivery available to: AB, DD, PH, PL, EX, TQ, TR

📦 Delivery Requirements -

Please ensure:

• Clear and safe access to the property
• No parking restrictions for our delivery van
• A minimum 75cm doorway/hallway width
• Adequate space to manoeuvre the sofa
• Standard delivery includes drop-off to your front door or ground floor hallway.
• Deliveries to other floors/rooms may incur an additional charge.

You will receive:

• A 4-hour delivery window (sent 24 hours before)
• A 1-hour notice call/text on the day

❌ Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept delivery, a redelivery fee will apply.

📅 Changing Your Delivery Date

Free changes with 24+ hours' notice. Changes within 24 hours of delivery may incur a £50 fee

🛍️ Change of Mind Returns

You may return items within 14 days provided they are:

• Unopened and unused
• In their original packaging
• In resalable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Any free items included with your order must also be returned.

📦 Return Process

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery to arrange your return.

• You can return the item to our warehouse at your own cost, or
• We can arrange a collection (additional collection fee applies).
• A 10% restocking + pickup fee will be deducted from your refund.

❌ Order Cancellations

• Stocked items can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.
• Custom-made or bespoke sofas cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

💳 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned items have been inspected and approved. Please note: delivery charges are non-refundable.

Our warranty covers the entire sofa, including:

• Foam & fillings
• Fabric & stitching

Please note, this warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear that occurs over time.
